Fresh Peach Sorbet

Recipe Ingredients

4 cups 584g / 20ozChopped peeled peaches - (2-1/2 pounds)
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozSugar
1/2 cup 118mlSauternes or other sweet white wine

Recipe Instructions

Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until smooth.

Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.

Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
