Fresh Peach Sorbet Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Chopped peeled peaches - (2-1/2 pounds) |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Sugar |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sauternes or other sweet white wine |
Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
