Fresh Fruit With Strawberry Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Frozen unsweetened whole strawberries - thawed
2 teaspoons	10ml	Sugar
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Grated orange rind
2 cups	474ml	Orange sections - (6 oranges)
1 cup	237ml	Cubed peeled kiwi fruit - (3 kiwi fruit)

Recipe Instructions

Place the first 3 ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth; set sauce aside.

Yield: 4 servings.
