| 1 cup | 237ml | Frozen unsweetened whole strawberries - thawed |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Grated orange rind |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Orange sections - (6 oranges) |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cubed peeled kiwi fruit - (3 kiwi fruit) |
Place the first 3 ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth; set sauce aside.
Yield: 4 servings.
