Fresh Fruit Sherbet Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Bananas - mashed | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
In blender mix banana, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and water in blender.
Blend until smooth. Freeze until slushy. Remove from freezer.
Return to blender or whip with hand mixer.
Refrigerate until frozen. Remove from freeze 10 minutes before serving.
