Fresh Fruit Platter Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Plain yogurt |
1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Aunt Jemima syrup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cinnamon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Bananas - sliced (medium) |
2 cups | 474ml | Halved strawberries |
2 cups | 474ml | Pineapple chunks |
2 | Kiwifruit or small oranges - - sliced |
For dressing, combine yogurt, syrup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well. Chill until ready to use.
Dip banana slices in remaining lemon juice. Arrange with remaining fruit on platter. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Serve with dressing.
