Fresh Fruit Platter

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gPlain yogurt
1/2 cup 164g / 5.8ozAunt Jemima syrup
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCinnamon
2 teaspoons 10mlBananas - sliced (medium)
2 cups 474mlHalved strawberries
2 cups 474mlPineapple chunks
2   Kiwifruit or small oranges - - sliced

Recipe Instructions

For dressing, combine yogurt, syrup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and cinnamon; mix well. Chill until ready to use.

Dip banana slices in remaining lemon juice. Arrange with remaining fruit on platter. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Serve with dressing.
