Fresh Fruit Compote Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Fresh blackberries or raspberries |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Peeled sliced fresh peaches |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Fresh blueberries |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Halved fresh strawberries |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Watermelon balls |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Cantaloupe balls |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Seedless green grapes |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Chilled asti spumante or |
| Other sweet white wine |
2 tablespoons thawed undiluted orange juice
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently. Add wine and orange juice concentrate; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill.
Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
