French Cream Almondine

Recipe Ingredients

5 cups 1185mlChopped milk chocolate
1/2 cup 118mlMilk
3/4 cup 177mlMarshmallow crème
2 1/2 cups 232g / 8.2ozChopped toasted almonds
  Divided

Recipe Instructions

Melt milk chocolate to 110F..

Scald milk. Add hot milk and marshmallow to melted chocolate, beating until smooth.

Stir in 1 1/2 cups almonds. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.

Sprinkle remaining almonds over top and press in. When set, cut into squares.

Makes about 50 pieces.
