1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround nutmeg
1/4 cup 59mlSkim milk
2 tablespoons 30mlMargarine - softened
3   Egg whites or 1/2 cup
  Cholesterol-free egg
  Product
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1/4 cup 59mlBisquick reduced fat
  Baking mix
  Streusel-----
1 cup 237mlBisquick reduced fat baking
  Mix
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped nuts
1/3 cup 53g / 1.9ozPacked brown sugar
3 tablespoons 45mlFirm margarine

Recipe Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 13x9x2" baking dish. Prepare Streusel; reserve. Spread apples in dish.

2. Beat remaining ingredients in blender on high speed 15 seconds; with hand beater or wire whisk beat for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour over applies. Sprinkle with streusel.

3. Bake about 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 10 minutes.
