Fluffernutter Frosting

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	237ml	Marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Peanut butter
1/3 cup	65g / 2.3oz	Butter or margarine - softened
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1 1/3 cups	263g / 9.3oz	Confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons	30ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

In small bowl with mixer at low speed, combine Fluff, peanut butter and butter until blended.

Increase speed to medium. Beat in confectioners' sugar, alternately with milk, adding just enough milk to make frosting smooth and spreadable. Beat in vanilla.

Makes enough to fill and frost 2 8-or 9-inch layers.
