Fluff-Hard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Marshmallow fluff | |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine - softened |
| 1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Confectioners' sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brandy |
In a small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat Fluff with butter or margarine and confectioners' sugar.
Add brandy. Serve on hot plum pudding.
