Fluff Seven-Minute Frosting

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlMarshmallow fluff
2   Egg whites - at room temperature
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlSalt
1/4 cup 59mlWater
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla extract

Recipe Instructions

In double-boiler top over hot, not boiling water, combine all ingredients except vanilla.

With hand mixer, beat until soft peaks form. Remove from heat and continue beating until stiff. Beat in vanilla.

Makes enough to fill and frost two 8-or 9-inch layers.
