4 | Bitter chocolate - (unsweetened) | |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter |
4 | Eggs - room temperature | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | All--purpose flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
2 cups | 474ml | Mini marshmallows |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pecans - chopped |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chocolate chips |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Chocolate chips - for topping |
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease 13 x 9 baking pan.
Either in a saucepan or in your microwave, heat butter and chocolate until melted. Once melted, transfer to a large bowl. Mix in sugar.
Beat in eggs until blended.
Mix in flour and vanilla.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into greased pan.
Sprinkle extra chips on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or thereabouts depending upon your oven.
Cool for 10 minutes and cut into squares.
