Festive Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking soda |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Broken nut meats |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | Flour |
| 1 | Fruit cocktail - drained (#2) | |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | White sugar |
Mix nut meats and brown sugar and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread into greased 9" X 9" pan.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar/nut mixture.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
Serve topped with whipped cream or ice cream.
