Favorite Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Peanut butter |
1 cup | 237ml | Marshmallow cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
Combine sugar and milk in a pan.
Boil until it reaches the softball stage or 235F on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into a 9" square pan that has been coated with butter.
Makes 36 pieces of candy.
