Recipe Ingredients

  Pastry
1   Cream cheese
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozMargarine
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozFlour - sifted
  Filling
1/2 cup 118mlSweet potatoes - cooked --
  Mashed
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozCrushed pineapple --
  Drained
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/4 cup 23g / 0.8ozCoconut flakes

Recipe Instructions

Mix pastry ingredients until mixture holds together, chill. Cut into 3" circles.

Mix filling together.

Place heaping teaspoonfuls on each pastry circle; fold over and press edges together.

Bake at 375F until golden brown.
