1. Whip whites until very firm.
2. Add sugar 2 T at a time whipping to a smooth batter.
3. Butter a tub pan and pour in the batter.
4. Bake in a pre heated 350F oven in a water bed for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool and unmold.
Toppings : crème anglaise, coconut cream, apricot compote
NOTES : This light dessert can be served cold or at room temperature.
