Easy Rice Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Milk |
1 | Vanilla pud. Mix | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Quick cooking rice |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Raisins - (optional) |
In a 4 c. glass measuring cup combine all ingredients, microwave on high 6 minutes. stirring occasionally. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand until mixture thickens. Serve cold or reheat at serving time.
