Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 1/2 cups | 495g / 17oz | Sugar |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Heavy cream |
| 1/8 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Corn syrup |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Peanut butter |
Combine sugar, cream, and corn syrup. Cook until soft ball stage is reached ( 235F).
Remove from heat, add peanut butter. Beat until firm. Pour into buttered 8" sq. Pan.
