Double Orange Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Orange juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Orange rind - grated fresh |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar - or substitute |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Oranges - peel, section and (small) discard white membrane |
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2 min, stirring. Remove from heat.
Add orange sections and mix gently.
Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls.
Chill.
