Double Orange Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlOrange juice
1 teaspoon 5mlOrange rind - grated fresh
3 tablespoons 45mlSugar - or substitute
2 tablespoons 30mlCornstarch
6 tablespoons 90mlOranges - peel, section and (small) discard white membrane

Recipe Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2 min, stirring. Remove from heat.

Add orange sections and mix gently.

Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls.

Chill.
