20 oz | 568g | Pineapple chunks in juice - 1 can |
11 oz | 312g | Mandarin oranges - 1 can |
1 | Banana - peeled and sliced | |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Seedless grapes |
1 cup | 237ml | Miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Coconut - flaked |
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Almonds - chopped; optional |
8 oz | 227g | Nonfat vanilla yogurt - 1 carton |
Here's a recipe for Ambrosia that's low-fat, and so good! It's one of our favorites.
Drain pineapple and oranges. Use juice as a beverage. Combine pineapple, oranges, banana, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and almonds.
Fold in yogurt. Chill.
