1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozFlour
1/3 cup 36g / 1.3ozCocoa
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped peanuts
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
2 cups 474mlMarshmallows
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozPeanut butter chips
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozCrushed do-si-do cookies
  Icing
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozButter
1 lb 454g / 16ozPowdered sugar
1/2 cup 55g / 1.9ozCocoa
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozChopped peanuts
1/2 cup 118mlEvaporated milk

Recipe Instructions

BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour and cocoa; add gradually until blended. Add peanuts and vanilla.

Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven.

Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed do-si-do cookies. Top brownies with marshmallow mixture. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool completely and ice.

ICING: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts.
