1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped peanuts |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
2 cups | 474ml | Marshmallows |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Peanut butter chips |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed do-si-do cookies |
Icing | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Powdered sugar |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Cocoa |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped peanuts |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Evaporated milk |
BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together flour and cocoa; add gradually until blended. Add peanuts and vanilla.
Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven.
Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed do-si-do cookies. Top brownies with marshmallow mixture. Bake 10 more minutes. Cool completely and ice.
ICING: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together; add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts.
