2 cups | 474ml | Apricot preserves |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Cherry-flavored liqueur |
1 | Vanilla pudding - prepare | |
1 | Layer fudge cake - halve | |
1 | Cherries; pit - (15 ounces) drain | |
1 cup | 237ml | Whipped cream |
1/2 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Almonds - toast |
Mix jam with liqueur. Spread jam on cake sides. Put together and cut in 2" squares. Put 1/2 of custard on bottom of bowl. Top with 1/2 of cake. Press.
Top with cherries, more custard, more cake, mash, more cherries. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle almonds on top.
