Di Saronno Brownies Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Butter |
2 oz | 56g | Semisweet chocolate |
2 | Egg - beaten | |
3/4 cup | 46g / 1.6oz | Flour |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Di saronno amaretto |
Chocolate frosting |
Preheat oven to 325F.
Grease an 8 inch square pan. Melt butter and chocolate in small pan; set aside to cool. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients, except Di Saronno Amaretto, and mix well.
Bake 35 minutes; brownies should still be soft. Cool.
Poke with fork; pour Di Saronno Amaretto over top of brownies.
Refrigerate overnight. Ice with favorite chocolate frosting. Cut into squares.
