Decorating Butter Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Margarine or butter - , softened |
6 cups | 1188g / 41oz | Confectioner's sugar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Half-and-half or light cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla extract |
In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients just until blended.
Increase speed to medium and heat until frosting is smooth and fluffy, about 1 minute, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
Makes about 3 3/4 cups.
