Date-Pineapple Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
| 1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Dates - chopped |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Crushed pineapple |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Packed brown sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Margarine |
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in large bowl. Stir in dates, pineapple and milk. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Combine water, brown sugar and margarine in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour over pudding; do not mix.
Bake in preheated 350F oven for 35 minutes or until done.
