Dark Chocolate Syrup Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 297g / 10oz | Sugar |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Cocoa |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Mix sugar, cocoa and water in a deep sauce pan. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning. Remove from heat, cool and stir in vanilla. Chill several hours before use.
