| 3 cups | 711ml | Boiling water |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Cold water |
| 1 | Ladyfinger cookies - 125 gram/4.4 oz. |
Prepare topping according to directions on package. Prepare strawberry and lime Jell-Ow according to directions but only use 1/2 cup cold water per package. Pour each into an 8" square pan and chill until set, about 1 hour. Prepare strawberry-kiwi Jell-O according to directions but only use 1/2 cup of cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Line the sides of a 9" Springform pan with lady fingers. Fold the dessert topping into the slightly thickened Jell-O. Cut strawberry and lime Jell-O into 1/2" cubes. Gently fold into dessert topping mixture. Carefully spoon into pan. Chill until firm-about 4 hours or overnight.
