1 1/4 cups | 78g / 2.8oz | All purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Soda |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Granulated sugar |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Firmly packed brown sugar |
1 | Egg | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Land o lakes butter - soften |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Diced toasted almonds |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Chocolate covered raisins |
Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
