Creamy Brownie Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Butter - softened |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Cocoa |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Light corn syrup or honey |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
2 cups | 396g / 13oz | Confectioners sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk - (add more if needed) |
In a small bowl cream butter, cocoa, corn syrup and vanilla. Add Confectioners sugar and milk.
Beat to spreading consistency.
Makes 2 cups of frosting.
