With the curried shrimp n rice, ya'll can serve cream cheese biscuits. Here's how to do it. To make 40 biscuits (again multiply for all these hungry bubbas) soften 3 ounce cream cheese and 1 stick butter. Mix them well together. Shape into a log (1 1/2 inch thick) and refrigerate. When the dough is ready, slice into 14 inch wafers. Take a baking sheet and bake the dough wafers for 20 minutes at 350F. You are then ready to serve the biscuits with the curried shrimp and rice (I like crumbled bacon on mine).
