Cranberry Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Sifted flour
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1/3 cup	53g / 1.9oz	Brown sugar
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Bread crumbs
2/3 cup	97g / 3.4oz	Finely chopped suet
1 cup	93g / 3.3oz	Chopped cranberries
1		Egg
1/3 cup	78ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

Mix ingredients in the order given.

Turn into greased mold, cover with waxed paper and steam 2 hours.
