| 1 | Jellied cranberry sau | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Grated orange peel |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Almond extract |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Heavy gream - whipped -or- |
| 8 oz | 227g | Cool whip |
Mix together the first three ingredients with a wisk or fork. Add whipped cream or cool whip. Fill parfait or dessert dishes. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slice.
