Cranberry Crunch Recipe - Cooking Index

1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |

2 cups | 186g / 6.6oz | Cranberries |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Oats |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Light brown sugar |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Unsalted butter |
Preheat oven to 350F. In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla, salt, cranberries, and raisins. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes and cool slightly.
Mix oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in butter. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs in bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan. Spread with cranberry filling.
Top with remaining crumbs and bake 45 minutes.
