Indonesian Grilled Chicken With Green Onion Yogurt Sauce

2   Chicken breasts
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
1   Green Onion Yogurt Sauce - see * Note
  Indonesian Marinade
4 tablespoons 60mlLime juice
2 tablespoons 30mlLemon juice
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced ginger
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced garlic
2 tablespoons 30mlSoy sauce
3   Hot green chiles - sliced thin
4   Habanero chile sauce
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped cilantro
1 tablespoon 15mlHoney
1 cup 237mlOlive oil

Recipe Instructions

* Note: See the "Green Onion Yogurt Sauce" recipe which is included in this collection.

For the Indonesian Marinade: In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except olive oil. Whisk in olive oil until smooth.

Marinate chicken breasts for 1 hour. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with Green Onion Yogurt Sauce.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
