Cinnamon Crisps Recipe - Cooking Index
6 teaspoons | 30ml | Flour tortillas (large) |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Or less ground cinnamon |
Oil for frying |
Cut each tortilla into 6 pie-shaped wedges. Heat 1 1/2 inches of oil in a heavy skillet. Fry tortilla wedges until lightly browned. Place on paper towels. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over tortilla wedges while still warm.
