Cinnamon Apples Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Tart green apples - sliced into rings | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cinnamon |
Core 2 tart green apples. Slice thinly into rings.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute apple rings until tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir gently to blend.
