Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Warm water |
2 | Dry yeast | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
3 1/2 oz | 99g | Instant vanilla pudding |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - melted |
2 | Eggs | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
6 cups | 375g / 13oz | Flour |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Powdered sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Milk |
Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved; set aside. In large bowl prepare pudding according to package. Add melted butter, eggs and salt.
Mix well, then add yeast mix and blend well. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth. Place in large greased bowl and let rise until doubled. Punch down dough and let rise again. Roll out and prepare with cinnamon, butter, sugar mix.
Roll up and cut into buns. Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting: Mix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, sugar and milk. Spread onto buns.
