Chocolaty Poppers

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozLand O' Lakes butter
10 1/2 oz 298gMarshmallows - miniature
2 oz 56gSemi sweet chocolate
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozAll purpose flour
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla extract
1 cup 237mlSalted peanuts
6 cups 375g / 13ozPopcorn

Recipe Instructions

Combine butter, marshmallows and chocolate in a 2 quart saucepan.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and peanuts. Pour over popcorn, mixing well.

Press into well greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool; cut into bars. Dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.
