Chocolate Tapioca Pudding Recipe - Cooking Index

3 tablespoons | 45ml | Tapioca |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Salt |
3 8.3333333333333E+14/1.25E+15 cups | 869ml | Milk |

2 oz | 56g | Unsweetened chocolate |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant coffee - (optional), up to 3 |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Combine sugar, tapioca and salt in saucepan; stir in milk and beaten egg. Let stand 5 minutes. Add chocolate and instant coffee. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil and chocolate is well blended, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool for 20 minutes, stir. Chill.
Makes about 8 servings.
