Chocolate Sauce For Fresh Fruit Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
4 | Bitter chocolate | |
2 1/2 cups | 495g / 17oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter - (or margarine) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Strong coffee |
Put cream, chocolate, powdered sugar, butter, and strong coffee in a double boiler and heat for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is melted. Mix well.
