Chocolate Rainbow Cookie Bars (Chocolate Condensed Milk) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Margarine or butter |
1 | Creamy chocolate sweetened condensed milk | |
12 oz | 340g | "mandm's" baking bits |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Shredded coconut meat |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped nuts |
Preheat oven to 350F or 325F for glass dish.
In bowl, combine crumbs and margarie, press into 13x9" baking pan. Pour chocolate condensed milk over crumbs. In large bowl, combine MandMs, coconut and nuts.
Sprinkle half of mixture evenly over pan. Press in lightly.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
Sprinkle with remaining topping, bake 10-15 minutes more.
Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
Makes 24-36 bars.
