Grilled Squid With Sweet & Sour Cucumber, Corn & Vidalias

4 lbs 1816g / 64ozWhole squid - skinned and cleaned
  Olive oil - to brush on squid
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
1   Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad w Marinade - see * Note

Recipe Instructions

Brush the squid lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 20 to 30 seconds on each side. Slice squid in 1/2-inch slices. Toss with Sweet And Sour Cucumber Salad With Marinade. Serve.
