Chocolate Pudding

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/4 cups	137g / 4.8oz	Chocolate pudding mix
1		Egg - beaten
2 1/2 cups	592ml	Water
1 tablespoon	15ml	Butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon	3.8ml	Vanilla

Recipe Instructions

Place chocolate mix in saucepan. Combine egg and water and stir into mix. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and is smooth. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Serve warm or chilled. Makes 6 servings.
