2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |

1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bread crumbs |

Chocolate Glaze | ||
2 oz | 56g | Unsweetened chocolate |
2 oz | 56g | Semisweet chocolate |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Unsalted butter |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Honey |
Preheat oven to 375. Butter an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with buttered waxed paper.
Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Cool. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter until fluffy. Add sugar and eggs. Stir in melted chocolate, ground almonds, bread crumbs, and orange zest.
Pour batter into pan and bake 25-30 minutes. Frost with chocolate glaze.
Glaze: Melt in double boiler.
