Chocolate Grand Marnier Souffle Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chocolate or carob chips |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Firm tofu - (water packed) |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Cocoa or carob powder |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Honey |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grand Marnier |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Soy milk |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Unbleached white flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder` |
Preheat oven to 350F. Place chocolate chips or carob in a bowl and place it in hot water to melt stirring with a spoon.
Place remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add melted chocolate and puree a few moments.
Pour into a very lightly oiled 1-quart souffle dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the souffle has completely puffed up. Cool for 5 minutes.
