Chocolate Fudge Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Whipping cream |
8 oz | 227g | Semisweet chocolate - chopped |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Unsalted butter |
1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Firmly packed brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Light corn syrup |
In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium heat. Stir in chocolate, butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup. Cool slightly before serving.
Makes about 2 cups.
