Recipe Ingredients

12   Eggs - separated
1 teaspoon 5mlVanilla
1 cup 198g / 7ozButter
3 tablespoons 45mlAlmond liqueur
1 lb 454g / 16ozGerman chocolate squares - melted and cooled
4 tablespoons 60mlSugar

Recipe Instructions

Beat yolks with vanilla and butter. Add liqueur and set aside. Beat whites and sugar until stiff. Blend chocolate into butter mixture and then fold in whites. Place in serving glasses and chill.
