12 | Eggs - separated | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Almond liqueur |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | German chocolate squares - melted and cooled |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Sugar |
Beat yolks with vanilla and butter. Add liqueur and set aside. Beat whites and sugar until stiff. Blend chocolate into butter mixture and then fold in whites. Place in serving glasses and chill.
