20 1/2 oz | 582g | Low-fat brownie mix |
1/2 | Vanilla low-fat ice cream - softened | |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Green creme de menthe |
1/3 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Chocolate syrup |
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Prepare brownies according to package directions, using a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until just set (brownies will be fudgy). Let cool completely in pan.
3. Freeze a glass or metal bowl for 30 minutes. Immediately add ice cream and creme de menthe to chilled bowl; stir well. Quickly spread mixture over brownies, cover. Freeze at least 4 hours. Drizzle syrup over mixture; cut into squares.
