Chocolate Coated Hazelnuts Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 474ml | Roasted Oregon hazelnuts |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Semisweet chocolate pieces |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Sweetened condensed milk |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
Salt |
Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and a few grains of salt.
Cool mixture until easy to shape. Mold around the nuts.
Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon, cocoa or finely grated coconut, if desired.
