Chocolate Coated Hazelnuts

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	474ml	Roasted Oregon hazelnuts
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Semisweet chocolate pieces
1/3 cup	78ml	Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon	5ml	Vanilla
		Salt

Recipe Instructions

Melt chocolate over hot water. Stir in condensed milk, vanilla and a few grains of salt.

Cool mixture until easy to shape. Mold around the nuts.

Roll in powdered sugar, cinnamon, cocoa or finely grated coconut, if desired.
