Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Butter |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Sugar |
6 | Eggs | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Vanilla |
2 1/4 cups | 140g / 4.9oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Cocoa |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking powder |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | White chocolate chips |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Nuts - chopped |
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, cocoa and baking powder. Stir into creamed mixture just until blended (do not overmix). Pour into a greased jellyroll pan(15x10x1").
Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
Bake 350F for 30-35 minutes.
