Chocolate Bread Pudding (Chocolate Condesned Milk) Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | French bread cubes |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped nuts |
3 | Eggs | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Vanilla extract |
1 | Creamy chocolate sweetened condensed milk | |
1 1/2 | Water | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine or butter - melted |
Whipped cream |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place bread cubes and nuts in buttered 9 inch baking dish. In bowl, beat eggs and vanilla. Add chocolate condensed milk, water and margarine. Mix well.
Pour evenly over bread moistening completely.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 6-9.
